PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT attempt repair while radio is still plugged in. Make sure to wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to install to avoid electrical discharge. Installation instructions are not included. Installation by highly trained professional or experienced tech recommended. This is not your average install.
***PLEASE NOTE: In rare instances, you may find that replacing the drive does not solve your problem. Occasionally one of the boards is bad inside the radio and, if this is the case, replacing the drive will not change anything. This is very rare but we have seen it a couple times. If you find this to be the case, we cannot fix your problem either. Replacement of your radio would be your only option. Please contact us if you have questions: 214-575-5132
** In some instances changing the CD mech will not solve your issue. The issue may be a defective board on the unit causing failure. Replacement unit would be recommended.
