RETURN COVERSHEET Returns being sent for a refund must be received by Original Car Audio within 30 days of the original delivery or will not be accepted. Returns received beyond this period will be processed at our discretion.

A replacement will be shipped out for all approved returns within 3 business days. Including a note/copy of this form in the box will help us expedite the return or exchange process. Refunds are only issued for the item we cannot replace. PLEASE NOTE: ANY Shipping and handling cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you received "FREE SHIPPING" and are opting for a refund, $15 will be deducted from the refund to cover charges we incur from UPS. Buyer is responsible for buying the correct item. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE (If you are requesting a refund, restocking fee does not apply for exchanges). Returns shipped back with our CORE RETURN label will have an additional $15 deducted from the refund, to cover the shipping cost of using our label.
